As you can see, operating receipts have <br />covered operating expenses, except for in 2013when they were slightly less. The other receipt category is mostly connection fee <br />and interfund receipts. A large <br />percentage of total expense in this fund comes from depreciation. The City needs to continue monitoring cash <br />flow and reviewratesannuallyto aim towards an operating incomeand future capital needs. <br /> <br />
