Engineer Statz reported that the County is targeting a late season bid process for the <br /> project with the potential for delay until 2015. <br /> Mayor Wilharber stated that he has received several telephone calls from residents regarding <br /> staking and letters that have been received. Mayor Wilharber reported that he contacted the <br /> County regarding his own property, they were very helpful and recommended that if residents <br /> had questions or concerns to contact them directly. <br /> Council Member King stated that there would be time-sensitive material that would need to be <br /> discussed in the near future regarding a new franchise agreement between the cable company and <br /> North Metro Telecommunications Commission. <br /> Council Member Paar reported that the Fire Steering Committee had met recently and reviewed <br /> appraisals of equipment and assets, Lino Lakes' confidence in commencing their own fire <br /> service and discussed procedures for disbursing assets (i.e. existing equipment, building <br /> ownership, etc.). <br /> XI.
