City of Centerville <br />Council Minutes <br />May 28, 2014 <br />purchases. Engineer Statz reported that the County is targeting a late season bid process for the <br />project with the potential for delay until 2015. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that he has received several telephone calls from residents regarding <br />staking and letters that have been received. Mayor Wilharber reported that he contacted the <br />County regarding his own property, they were very helpful and recommended that if residents <br />had questions or concerns to contact them directly. <br /> <br />Council Member King stated that there would be time-sensitive material that would need to be <br />discussed in the near future regarding a new franchise agreement between the cable company and <br />North Metro Telecommunications Commission. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar reported that the Fire Steering Committee had met recently and reviewed <br />appraisals of equipment and assets, Lino Lakes’ confidence in commencing their own fire <br />service and discussed procedures for disbursing assets (i.e. existing equipment, building <br />ownership, etc.). <br /> <br />XI.
