City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 11, 2014 <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. May 28, 2014 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The Mayor provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve <br />the minutes of the May 28, 2014 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />passed. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville May 28, 2014 through June 11, 2014 Claims (Check #28711-28729) <br />w/Voided Check #28687 & (Check #28732-28736) w/Voided Check #28732 <br />2. Centennial Fire District Claims through June 5, 2014 (Check #6426-6439) <br />3. Encroachment Agreement ~ Fence, 1916 Eagle Trail <br />rd <br />4. Encroachment Agreement ~ Fence, 1871 – 73 Street <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to remove any item that they <br />desired additional information on. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Anoka County Fire Protection Council Joint Powers Agreement <br /> <br />Administrator Larson requested that the item be again tabled due to additional discussions with <br />all entities that have a vested interest. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to table the <br />Anoka County Fire Protection Council Joint Powers Agreement to the June 25, 2014 <br />Council Meeting. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Purchase of Truck Under State Cooperative Purchasing Program (Tabled from Previous <br /> Meeting) <br /> (Equipment Replacement Schedule) <br /> <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
