CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Branch called the June 4, 2014 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee to <br />order at 6:40 p.m. at the City Hall location. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Grahek <br />to set the agenda by adding Item #2. 5K/8K Ron under COMMITTEE BUSINESS and <br />item 7 under Basketball Hoops under UPDATES All in favor. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member <br />Amundsen to approve the May, 2014 minutes with the following corrections: Under C <br />Committee Business, Item 7 (page 3 of 5) change Committee recommends “Dedicating” to <br />“Offering”.
