<br /> Regarding Action Item 14-016 Park Use Application forms - Uniformity. The <br />Committee continues to believe the Special Permit and Park Usage forms are confusing as <br />to which form applies to any given activity. The Park Usage form was put in place to give <br />the public a simplified form instead of the long complexity of the special use form. Those <br />two permit forms should be contained in the same chapter of the City Ordinance and at the <br />form should be a clear set of instructions for selecting the right form. <br />Transcribed by Chairperson Pat Branch <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
