The expenses estimate does not include costs associated with candidates'expenses for the final interview <br /> such as airfare for out of state candidates, hotels, meals and others. These expenses are influenced by the <br /> following factors: number of candidates invited to interview, location of candidates, spouse and family <br /> attendance, meals and hotel accommodations provided. For local candidates, the cost is typically zero. <br /> Optional Services <br /> Phase Ma. Background Check(This is done before the interview) $650-850 per <br /> • Reference checks Candidate <br /> • Credential verification <br /> • Credit Report <br /> • Criminal Background Report <br /> Phase IV: Additional services after the Administrator is hired $950 <br /> Onboarding:If the council desires, we will facilitate onboarding of the new +mileage and copies <br /> Administrator to help clarify roles,expectations and reveal important practices of the <br /> operation. This is done with the council and staff and is planned during the first week <br /> or two the Administrator is on the job. <br /> Phase V: Administrator Review: This is completed approximately 6 months after $250 <br /> start of employment +mileage and copies <br />
