APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber added Centerville Claims (Check#28827-28851). <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Paar to approve the Agenda as <br /> presented with the addition of Centerville Claims (Check #28827-28851) as presented All <br /> in favor. Motion passed. <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. July 9, 2014 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> The Mayor provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented minutes. <br /> Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve <br /> the minutes of the July 9, 2014 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. City of Centerville July 10, 2014 through July 23, 2014 Claims (Check #28801-28826) <br /> & (Check#28827-28851) <br /> 2. Centennial Police Department Claims through July 15,2014 (Check#9985-10008) <br /> 3. Centennial Fire District Claims through July 8, 2014 (Check#6471-6486) <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King to approve <br /> the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Res. #14-024—Affirming Designation as Potentially Dangerous Animal <br /> The Mayor provided Council with an additional opportunity to question Chief Coan or CSO <br /> Fredrickson regarding the matter. City Attorney Glaser stated that Szaryk was unprovoked, <br /> chased and bit an individual on public property. Council Member Fehrenbacher reiterated that <br /> all requirements of a Potentially Dangerous dog "Szaryk" have been complied with and the <br /> owner is appealing the designation. <br /> Attorney Glaser stated that if Council desire to affirm Chief Coan's designation Council should <br /> adoption the presented resolution. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member King to adopt <br /> Res.#14-024—Affirming Designation of Potentially Dangerous Animal as presented. <br /> All in favor.
