CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br /> meeting on October 7, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> PRESENT: Commissioner Thomas Wood <br /> Chairperson Darrin Mosher O <br /> Commissioner Mark Haiden d a <br /> Commissioner Russ Koski O <br /> Commissioner Matthew Montain <br /> Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner James Flint <br /> STAFF: Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: Council Member Love <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Commissioner <br /> Wood. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> II. APPEARANCES—None <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS— <br /> 1. AK Auto Sales,LLC Request for Conditional Use Permit(7055 21"Avenue) <br /> The meeting was opened to public comment, no one was present to speak with regard to <br /> the request. <br /> After everyone who wished to do so was given an opportunity to speak in regard to <br /> the project, a motion was made by Commissioner Koski, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Wood to close the public hearing. All present voted in favor. The motion was declared <br /> passed. <br /> The Commissioners discussed the project and asked a number of questions of the <br /> applicant. Administrator Larson presented a draft conditional use permit. It was suggested <br /> that item 3, (a) may be too stringent at 72 hours. Consensus was to change the requirement <br /> to three business days. <br /> Motion made by Commissioner Haiden to recommend approval of the Conditional <br /> Use Permit in the form of the draft Report and Recommendation. The motion was <br /> seconded by Commissioner Koski, all present voted in favor. The motion was <br /> declared passed. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
