CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Branch called the September 3, 2014 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee <br />to order at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall location. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Grahek, seconded by Committee Member <br />Bettinger to set the agenda as amended and indicated below. All in favor. Mr. John Russell, Centerville resident made a presentation requesting authorization to <br />display, promote and sell children’s books at the September 13, 2014 Movie in the Park <br />event.
