Spending of funds allocated for EIA expenditures is at the discretion of the <br />EIA committee, but may be subject to approval by the Administrative <br />Services department. <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />These By-Laws may be amended upon the approval of at least six members, but only if <br />the proposed amendment was provided to the members at least one week in advance.
