CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC INPUT ON 2015 Budget & Tax Levies (TNT Hearing) <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber opened the Truth in Taxation Hearing and due to technical difficulty the Mayor <br />proceeded with Item #III and Item #V. Item IV after the Truth in Taxation Hearing. <br /> <br />III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />IV. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />V. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />1. 2015 Street Mill & Overlay Project <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber opened the public hearing at 6:35 p.m. . <br /> <br />CityEngineer Statz stated this is the first of two required public hearings that will take place for <br />the 2015 Mill & Overlay Improvement Project. Engineer Statz explained that this project is <br />similar to last years’ project where this type of work replaces routine seal coating, adds life <br />expectancy to the roadway exceeding seal coating, costs slightly more, the City previously <br />assessed individual property owners $500 with last year’s project, mill and overlay the entire <br /> <br /> <br />
