PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK PROGRAM <br /> The Centennial Lakes Police Department provides an <br /> ongoing prescription drug take back program. We will <br /> accept unwanted prescription drugs from non- hw7t_: } <br /> commercial residential users only. No syringes, needles, <br /> or other hazardous materials are accepted. Participation <br /> in the program is free and anonymous. All prescriptions <br /> are disposed of with "no questions asked." <br /> Prescription drugs can be brought to the Police <br /> Department Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to <br /> 4:30 p.m. Y <br /> Old and unused medicines in a home can pose a risk for <br /> accidental poisoning, theft, and drug abuse. Also, <br /> medications disposed of in a sink, toilet, or landfill can <br /> eventually pollute surface and groundwater and harm <br /> fish and wildlife. Instead of flushing or throwing <br /> unused medications in the trash, drop the drugs off for <br /> safe and free disposal <br /> VACATION HOUSE CHECK <br /> Officers will check your home periodically during your absence, whether you are gone for days, <br /> weeks, or months.
