Ms. Robyn Moore, Glyphosate (Roundup) Update - Attorney Glaser stated that <br /> Minnesota State Statute 18B.02 preempts the City's ability to ban the application of this <br /> product and Ms. Moore should address her concerns to her State Representative or <br /> Senator Chamberlain. Mayor Wilharber stated that staff included 85 pages in the packet <br /> for Council review of the product, its hazards and what other states are doing regarding <br /> regulation. <br /> Mayor Wilharber thanked Ms. Moore for drawing Council's attention to the matter. <br /> V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber added Check #29283-29291, Item #1. Colored Concrete Replacement <br /> Downtown Intersections —Bid Form and added pages 85a-85d under IX. New Business, Item #2, <br /> pages 89a-89c, Item #3, d. Lake Level, Water Supply Solutions Premature, Pages 102-103 under <br /> X. Council & Administration Announcements, Administrator Report. Old business Concrete <br /> replacement bids. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the <br /> Agenda with the above stated amendments. All in favor. March 25, 2015 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented <br /> minutes. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Kine, to approve the <br /> minutes of the March 25, 2015 City Council Meetiny- as presented.
