City of Centerville Council Meeting Minutes March 25, 2015 Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to close the Public Hearing for Proposed Assessments – 2015 Mill & Overlay Street Project at 7:34 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mayor Wilharber added Check #29261-29264, and the Mayor brought to members attention numbering issues with X. New Business, added Item #5, Res. #15-0XX – Ordering Improvement and Accepting Bid for Construction of Improvement, added Item #6, Res. #15- 0XX – Adopting Special Assessments on 2015 Street Mill and Overlay Improvements. Mayor Wilharber also brought to the members’ attention that Item 1. c., Centennial Fire District Update was added under Council & Administration Announcements. Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the Agenda with the above stated amendments. All in favor. Motion passed. VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. March 11, 2015 City Council Meeting Minutes Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented minutes. Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2015 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. VII. CONSENT AGENDA 1.City of Centerville March 12, 2015 through March 25, 2015 Claims (Check #29240- 29260) & (Check #29261-29264) 2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through March 12, 2015 (Check #10297- 10319) 3.Centennial Fire District Claims through March 12, 2015 (Check #6804-6844) 4. Approve Lease Agreement w/Marco for Konica C454e Copier w/Folding Unit Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members an opportunity to pull items from the Consent Agenda for additional discussion. Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion passed. VIII. OLD BUSINESS 1. None. Page 5 of 9
