City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 22,2015 <br /> Annual Report. He stated that Class I crimes (homicide, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, <br /> burglary, larceny/theft, motor vehicle theft and arsons) increased slightly with Class II crimes <br /> (simple assault, disorderly conduct, drugs/narcotics, DUI, embezzlement, family/children, <br /> forgery/counterfeiting, fraud, gambling, liquor law violations, prostitution, sex offenses, <br /> buy/receive/possess stolen property, vandalism/damage to property, weapons violations, and <br /> other Class 11 offenses decreased slightly. Sergeant Aldrich also stated that juvenile offenses <br /> have decreased over the past few years including curfew violations. He also reviewed statistics <br /> regarding traffic stops, warnings versus tickets and etc. <br /> Wilharber thanked Sergeant Aldrich for his presentation. <br /> IV. PUBLIC INPUT/HEARING <br /> 1. None. <br /> V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Wilharber added Check #29407-29414 to Item #1 under Consent Agenda and Res. #15- <br /> OXX—Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to Affix Their Signatures upon The Approved Plat <br /> (Mylar) for the Center Villa Second Addition for Recording with the Anoka County Recorders <br /> Office and Anoka County Radio Club Request for Special Event Permit for Use of Laurie <br /> LaMotte Park, June 26-28, 2015 under New Business, Items#7 and 8. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to approve <br /> the Agenda with the above stated amendments. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 1. April 8, 2015 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented <br /> minutes. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br /> the minutes of the April 8, 2015 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1.
