City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> April 22,2015 <br /> Administrator Ericson stated that economic development is a high priority of Council's and he <br /> desired to provide Council with an opportunity to participate in a unique offering by a <br /> representative from Ehlers and she is with us this evening to discuss services that she would like <br /> to provide Centerville with assisting in economic growth. Administrator Ericson introduced Ms. <br /> Stacie Kvilvang. <br /> Ms. Kvilvang introduced herself to Council by stating that many similar municipalities have <br /> utilized her services and hosted round-tables which are full day or half day type meetings that <br /> bring together developers and brokers. Ms. Kvilvang stated that this assists in discussions for <br /> development, interest, and availability of property. Ms. Kvilvang also stated that most of the <br /> services that she provides are free or at minimal cost and she has worked with Administrator <br /> Ericson in the past. <br /> Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to work with Ms. <br /> Kvilvang, Ehlers and staff regarding economic development. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 4. Discussion on Six (6) Month Review of City Administrator <br /> Discussion ensued that a work session should be held following the next regularly scheduled <br /> Council meeting to discuss this item. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to table this <br /> item. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 5. Res. #15-OXX — A Resolution Authorizing Warranty Deed Conveying Parcel(s) 1, 2, 3, <br /> 12A, 12B, 12C and a Permanent Easement for Drainage, Utility, Sloping, Snow Storage <br /> and Storm Sewer Purposes Over, Under and Across Parcel(s) 12PE-1, 12PE-2 and 12PE- <br /> 3, Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way, Plat No 89, According to the Map or Plat <br /> Thereof on File and of Record in the Office of the Anoka County Recorder and Registrar <br /> of Titles <br /> Legal Counsel Glaser stated that the County need to the City to provide temporary and <br /> permanent easements associated with the CSAH21/Centerville Road project and the presented <br /> documents provide that. <br /> Mayor Wilharber stated that the project is commencing nicely. <br /> Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to Adopt <br /> Res.#15-016 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 6.
