STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES.#15-0_& _ <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO AFFIX <br /> THEIR SIGNATURES UPON THE APPROVED PLAT (MYLAR) FOR THE CENTER <br /> VILLA SECOND ADDITION FOR RECORDING WITH THE ANOKA COUNTY <br /> RECORDERS OFFICE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on November 12, 2014 approved the final plat for the Center <br /> Villa Second Addition as attach hereto and made a part of this document, and <br /> WHEREAS, the time period allotted by the City Code for recorded expired, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville on February 25, 2015 reaffirmed their previous action and <br /> approval of the final plat for the Center Villa Second Addition as also attached hereto and made <br /> a part of this document, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Centerville on May 13,2015 again reaffirmed their previous action and <br /> approval of the final plat for the Center Villa Second Addition as also attached hereto and made <br /> a part of this document, and <br /> WHEREAS, the approved plat (mylar)has been examined by the appropriate City Staff, and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign said final plat(mylar) for <br /> the Center Ville Second Addition and forward the signed final plat(mylar) along <br /> with this resolution to the Anoka County Recorder's Office for recording. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of May. <br /> Tom Wilharber, Mayor <br /> Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
