Attorney Glaser stated that if Council desired that <br />language could be striken, initialed and the agreement returned to them for their <br />consideration. <br /> <br />Mr. Suski stated that he had received an additional inquiry, informed them of the offer <br />and its presentation to Council but no additional contact has been received from this <br />individual. <br /> <br />Council Member Love questioned whether the offer was a fair offer and Mr. Suski felt <br />that it was. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />submitted purchase agreement for 7212 Mill Road in the amount of $45,000, staff would <br />strick the language “Seller warrants that the lot is buildable without extra ordinary costs”, <br />initial it and forward it back to Boulder Contracting. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />b. Update ~ 1691/1695 Main Street Properties <br /> <br />Mr. Suski updated Council on the status of 1691/1695 Main Street by stating that Council <br />had approved an extension until May 31, 2015 and hopefully the proposed buyers will <br />have an agreement with the abutting property owners for purchasing their property by <br />then. <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that he recently met with representatives from Schwieters <br />Companies, Inc. and made site visits to property within the city. <br /> <br />Mr. Suski stated that he has not received additional inquiries regarding other properties <br />available. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reported that Alex’s Lawn and Turf has been making significant <br />improvements to the City’s old Public Works site. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Approval of Annual Audit - 2014 <br /> <br />Item was discussed previously. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the 2014 <br />Audit as presented. <br /> <br />Council Member Love stated that the City’s cost of providing public safety (fire/police) is higher <br />than peer groups. Mayor Wilharber reported that the community is very well policed and a safe <br />community. <br /> <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
