City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 10, 2015 <br />Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members with an opportunity to amend the presented <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love, to approve <br />the minutes of the May 27, 2015 City Council Meeting as presented. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville May 28, 2015 through June 10, 2015 Claims (Check #29480-29507) <br />& (Check #29508-29516) w/Voided Check #29517) <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through May 28, 2015 (Check #10394- <br />10407) <br /> <br />3.Centennial Fire District Claims through June 3, 2015 (Check #6970-6983) <br /> <br />4.Encroachment Agreement ~ Retaining Wall, 6727 Beaver Pond Way <br />5. Center Villa Second Addition (Mechanical Air Systems Purchase <br /> a. Resolution #15-0XX – Re-Affirming Final Plat and Authorizing the Mayor <br /> & City Clerk to Affix Their Signatures Upon the Approved Plat (Mylar) for the <br /> Center Villa Second Addition for Recording with the Anoka County Recorder’s <br /> Office <br /> b. Planning & Zoning Commission Recommendation to Amend the Previously <br /> Submitted Conditional Use Permit – “3. Conditions. Drinking Fountain – Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park/Outside Warming House <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided Council Members an opportunity to pull items from the Consent <br />Agenda for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested that Items #4 & 6 a. be pulled for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher, to <br />approve Consent Agenda 1-3, and Item #5 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that he had driven by the home noticed that the retaining wall was <br />already constructed and questioned its installation prior to the encroachment agreement. Staff <br />reported that the residence was newly constructed, the buyer desired the ability to utilize the side <br />garage door, and the builder thought the retaining wall would be covered under the original <br />permit and did not consider the setback requirements until the Building Inspector informed him <br />that in order for the retaining wall to remain an encroachment agreement would be needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Love to approve <br />Consent Agenda Item #4 as presented.
