Love <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br />Mosher. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />1.Request for Conditional Use Permit – 6995 – 20 Avenue South – (Mechanical <br />Air Systems, Inc.) <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Koski to open the public <br />hearing at 6:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Mosher stated that proper notice was given and no members of the public were present to <br />provide input regarding this item. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Brass, Colliers International, introduced himself to the Commission and stated that Tim <br />McNamara is interested in purchasing the property to operate his HVAC company from the <br />location. The current owners are in the process of platting the property in preparation for the sale <br />to Mr. McNamara and the current tenant, Miller Mobile Marine would be leaving as of May 1, <br />2015. Mr. Brass stated that it is anticipated that Mechanical Air Systems, Inc. would commence <br />their operations at the location as of May 1, 2015 if closing, financing, and filing of the plat can be <br />completed by that time. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
