CANCELLATION OF <br /> PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> Seller: City of Centerville <br /> Buyer: Robert Scott <br /> 1 The undersigned herebyagree to cancel and terminate the pending Purchase Agreement between the Parties <br /> 2 on the conditions stated below.The agreement in question is a Purchase Agreement dated August 21,2014, <br /> 3 and its related addenda and amendments,for the property at 1691 Main Street, Centerville, MN 55038 and <br /> 4 1695 Main Street,Centerville,MN 55038,described by property identification numbers as 23-31-22-22-0005; <br /> 5 23-31-22-22-0004; 23-31-22-22-0009; 23-31-22-22-0010. One-thousand, seven-hundred and fifty dollars <br /> 6 ($1750.00)of the Earnest Money in connection with that Purchase Agreement shall be refunded to the Buyer <br /> 7 within fifteen days.All remaining Earnest Money shall be retained by Seller,and the Buyer releases all rights <br /> 8 in the property. Seller has no further obligations to Buyer under said Agreement.
