You are receiving this letter because your property drains to and/or is traversed <br /> by this public ditch system. The information presented will deal only with the historical <br /> background of the drainage system, the drainage system alignment and configuration <br /> and the drainage system right of way. This is an opportunity to present information <br /> about the current location and configuration of this drainage system and to ask <br /> questions about how the ditch affects your land. This hearing does not address the <br /> current efficiency of the drainage system, possible future repair options for the system <br /> or the associated costs of possible future repairs.
