Basketball Court Line Markings—TABLED <br /> Committee members would like to observe other basketball courts to determine <br /> what markings should be used. Request this item be placed on the September <br /> agenda. <br /> 7. 2016 Fete de Lacs—Mr. Pat Branch <br /> See Appearances. <br /> 8. Storm damage—dead/damaged trees <br /> Several trees were damaged during the storm on July 17th. Insurance will pay for <br /> workers to clean up and to remove dead trees. <br /> 9. Music in the Park Review <br /> There were no rainout dates utilized. Approximately 50 to 70 individuals were in <br /> attendance each week, even with the road closures. The following items were <br /> purchased for use at future P & R events — 2 new microphones at $100 each; 4 <br /> new adapters for $20; 1 package microphone wind screens for $10 and 1 <br /> additional 50' cable for$40. <br /> 10. Movie in the Park—Committee Member Peterson <br /> This annual event is scheduled for Saturday, September 12a' at 7:30pm. Movie <br /> options include Big Hero 6 or the Lego Movie. This event will be included in the <br /> Friday Flash, via flyers, on the city website and the sign in front of City Hall. <br /> Popcorn, hot chocolate, lemonade and water will be provided. Volunteers need to <br /> be at the park between 4:00 to 5:00 to set up. Confirmed volunteers include <br /> Committee Members Peterson, Grahek and Seeley.
