The City Council had asked that this <br />ordinance more closely reflect the language of the contract for hauling garbage. Staff has <br />incorporated the more general language and definitions of the current contract with Waste <br />Management. The proposed revisions are in red, which is deleted language and blue, <br />which is added language. <br /> <br />Ordinance #17-A is the City's ordinance regulating the use and operation of snowmobiles <br />in the City of Centerville. The proposed revisions are in red, which is deleted language <br />and blue, which is added language. <br /> <br />Ordinance #63 is the City's ordinance that initiated and implemented a lawn and garden <br />'Yater use program in 1997. The new language to this ordinance proposes to regulate time <br />and days when City water may be used to water lawns and gardens. The ordinance also <br />states that residents that use wells are not regulated by this ordinance. The proposed <br />revisions are in red, which is deleted language and blue, which is added language. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed these ordinances and unanimously <br />recommended approval of all of them to the City Council at its April 1, 2003 meeting. <br />Staff is asking that Council review these ordinances and once the proposed revisions have <br />been approved, public hearings for these ordinances will be scheduled. <br />
