DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />( j\ h i~,' :' ',I..' Garbage.jApplies to both residences <br />and businesses and commercial enterprises, and shall consist of organic <br />refuse resulting from the preparation of food and decayed and spoiled food <br />from any source, dead animals of not more than 10 pounds in weight each, <br />and glass and tin cans in which foods are customarily purchased. <br /> <br />Rubbish.
