<br />Effective: 2/27/59 <br />City of Centerville Ord. # 1 <br /> <br />SECTION -~. <br /> <br />All licenses granted for the collection of garbage prior to the adoption of this ordinance <br />shall terminate on the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION ',2. <br /> <br />Any persons violating any provision of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof by <br />subject to a misdemeanor or imprisonment for not <br />exceeding 90 days. <br /> <br />SECTION lQ. <br /> <br />All ordinance or provisions thereof inconsistent with the provisions of the ordinance are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION n. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon its publication. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 27th day of February, 1959. <br /> <br />(Signature on File) <br />Mayor, Francis V.
