For the purposes of this Ordinance, terms defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them. Direct Crossing. A snowmQbile may ma~e a direct crossinB of a street or ~y provided the followillg: 1. The crossing is made at an Angle of awro,cimately ninety (90) degrees to the direction of the street or hiahway and at a place where no obstruction prevents a qpick: and safe crossing 2.
