I got a question for you that came from Uno Lakes about a statement that you are credited with at <br />Centerville's public hearing regarding the City's continuance with this project. Apparently your response to the <br />question raised about what would happen if a member City could not pay its share of the operational costs was <br />that you thought that the other members of the JPA would have to pay because the non-paying community could <br />not be denied coverage because of its inability to pay. The secondary question is where in the statutes can that <br />be found?
