(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION #03 - 018 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECEMBER 31,2002 ANNUAL <br />AUDIT PRESENTED BY ABDO, EICK AND MEYERS, LLP <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Abdo, Eick and Meyers, LLP, has audited the general purpose <br />financial statements of the City of Centerville for the year ended December 31, 2002 and <br />found no material weaknesses in the City's accounting system; and <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />approves the audited general purpose financial statements for the year ended December <br />31, 2002, and hereby authorizes the Finance Director to publish the same in the summary <br />format as prescribed by the State Auditor. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 9th day of April, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor, Terry Sweeney <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />
