'Ja?( (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION #03-~ <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS <br /> <br />9d- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th day of February, 2003, <br />fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvements of the subdivision to be <br />known as Peltier Preserve and benefiting properties along portions of Centerville Road <br />Peltier Circle and Peltier Lake Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the lih & 26th days of March 2003, at which <br />all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW mEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE,MINNESOTA <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in <br />the feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution <br />adopted February 12, 2003 and Council directive (Scenario #2) at their <br />March 26, 2003 regularly scheduled meeting. <br />3. Bonestroo, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for <br />the making of such improvement. <br />4.
