<br />March 31,2003 <br /> <br />Dear Centerville City Council, <br /> <br />This letter is in regards to the water main issue for the Peltier Preserve <br /> <br />Project. Our address is 7268 Clearwater Drive. <br /> <br />We attended the 3 hearings regarding the proposed areas for the <br /> <br />water main installation. Feeling greatly intimidated by others stopped me <br /> <br />from voicing my opinions about the possibility of running the water main <br /> <br />up onto the Clearwater Drive Cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />I have spoken to my neighbors about this issue. Their addresses are <br /> <br />7251, 7260, and 7261 Clearwater Drive. We would like to know if there <br /> <br />are any options for this Cul-de-sac to be included in the current project. <br /> <br />Clearwater Drive is in excellent road condition, and does not need repair <br /> <br />like Peltier Lk. Drive does. Directional drilling would no doubt be the way <br /> <br /> <br />for the water main to reach us. If not for this current project, please keep <br /> <br /> <br />this under consideration for future water expansion projects within the city. <br /> <br />Right now we feel we are land locked by the nay-sayers. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Terry and Renee' Lee <br />
