Attached you will copies of quotes from G.P. <br />and Sons Remodeling Company and R.J. Sheppard Construction Company. Both quotes <br />seem to be similar, but G.P. and Sons Remodeling Company outlines more specifically <br />the scope of work to be done. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION. <br />Staff recommends accepting the quote from G.P. and Sons Remodeling Company. <br />Because this firm more clearly defined the scope of work, Staff viewed it as the most <br />responsible quote. <br />
