Basketball Court Line Markings – TABLED <br /> <br />Committee members would like to observe other basketball courts to determine <br />what markings should be used. Request this item be placed on the September <br />agenda. <br /> <br />7. 2016 Fete de Lacs – Mr. Pat Branch <br /> <br /> See Appearances. <br /> <br />8. Storm damage – dead/damaged trees <br /> <br /> Several trees were damaged during the storm on July 17th. Insurance will pay for <br />workers to clean up and to remove dead trees. <br /> <br />9. Music in the Park Review <br /> <br /> There were no rainout dates utilized. Approximately 50 to 70 individuals were in <br />attendance each week, even with the road closures. The following items were <br />purchased for use at future P & R events – 2 new microphones at $100 each; 4 <br />new adapters for $20; 1 package microphone wind screens for $10 and 1 <br />additional 50’ cable for $40. <br /> <br />10. Movie in the Park – Committee Member Peterson <br /> <br />This annual event is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. <br />Movie options include Big Hero 6 or the Lego Movie. This event will be <br />included in the Friday Flash, via flyers, on the city website and the sign in front of <br />City Hall. Popcorn, hot chocolate, lemonade and water will be provided. <br />Volunteers need to be at the park between 4:00 to 5:00 to set up. Confirmed <br />volunteers include Committee Members Peterson, Grahek and Seeley. Additional <br />volunteers for the night of this event would be appreciated. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.
