APPEARANCES - None <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) - None <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Metropolitan Council Draft Water Supply Plan Plan – Review & Comment <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that the plan is 955 pages and was available at Metropolitan <br />Council’s web site or he had one printed copy available. The commission briefly discussed the <br />item and will continue to review the plan prior to forwarding comment. Commission members <br />asked a number of good questions. <br /> <br />V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Purchase Agreement 2065 Commerce Drive (5 Acre Parcel) Zoned B-1 (Commercial) <br />Ruffridge Johnson Equipment Company <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson reported on the specifics of the purchase agreement stating that Staff would <br />be working with the architect regarding building requirements and placement along with <br />additional requirements for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) as the companies operation similarly <br />fits that of what would be placed in a commercially zoned area.
