City of Centerville <br />Parks & Recreation Meeting Minutes <br />July 8, 2015 <br /> Mr. Branch suggested the runners should be handed a bottle of water at the finish line. <br />WiseGuys will be providing pizza and it was suggested to purchase watermelon for the <br />participants. There will be Free Comfort Yoga at 3:00 p.m. at Hidden Spring Park which <br />will be a part of the day’s events. <br /> <br /> Mr. Branch notified the Committee Members that he will be stepping down as <br />coordinator after the 2015 events. A new volunteer coordinator needs to be found or <br />possibly hire a coordinator. He suggested Mr. Randy Fulton and suggested that Mr. <br />Fulton should be invited to a P & R meeting in the fall to see if he might be interested in <br /> <br />coordinating this event in 2016. <br /> <br /> Mr. Branch provided brochures to the committee members for distribution <br /> <br />IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Grahek <br />to approve the June 3, 2015 as written. All in favor. Playground Areas – Replacement with woodchips or rubber – TABLED <br /> <br />Two proposals have been received to date.
