WHEREAS, the School Board finds that it's plans and schedule for providing <br /> additional parking make it necessary to acquire title to and possession of the Affected <br /> Property as described in Exhibit A,pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 117.042, the"quick take <br /> law", prior to the filing of the final report of the condemnation commissioners to be <br /> appointed by the district court. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the School Board for <br /> Independent School District No. 12, Centennial, that: <br /> 1. The property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof as <br /> though fully set forth at this point, shall be acquired for the stated public purposes. <br /> and that the interests shall be acquired, if necessary, through the exercise of the <br /> power of eminent domain. <br /> 2. The law firm of Rupp, Anderson, Squires & Waldspurger is authorized and <br /> directed to take all steps necessary on behalf of the District to acquire the property <br /> interest described herein by serving a notice of quick-take under Minn.
