CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Grahek called the November 4, 2015 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> to order at 6:34 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. <br /> Roll Call—see above <br /> II. SET AGENDA <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Bettinger to amend the agenda by adding#4 "P& R Equipment" to Updates and adding#1 <br /> "Kids Hangout" under Other Items. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> III. APPEARANCES—NONE <br /> IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Bettinger, seconded by Committee Member <br /> Amundsen to approve the September 2, 2015 minutes with the following corrections: <br /> change spelling of Amundson to Amundsen under II. Set Agenda and V Committee <br /> Business #4: also under VI. Updates #3, motion— replace "a" with "2" and add "s" at the <br /> end of Maker. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> V. COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> 1. Short/Long Term Planning(5 year plan for Park Improvement Projects) <br />
