CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RES. #15-036,�- <br /> APPROVING JOINT POWERS AGREEMENTS BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> REGARDING MAINTENANCE OF WEST CEDAR STREET <br /> WHEREAS, West Cedar Street, east of 201h Avenue South (CSAH 54), is a line road <br /> between Lino Lakes and Centerville, with the corporate boundary in the center of the <br /> street, as platted; and <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Centerville and the City of Lino Lakes paved West Cedar <br /> Street from 20th Avenue S. (CSAH 54) eastward approximately 1,650 feet pursuant to a <br /> Joint Powers Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two Cities also desire to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement for the <br /> ongoing maintenance of West Cedar Street. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Centerville that the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Lino Lakes concerning the <br /> ongoing maintenance of West Cedar Street is approved. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Centerville this 28th day of October, 2015. <br /> Mayor, Tom Wilharber <br /> ATTEST: <br /> L <br /> City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />
