Love <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br /> Mosher. <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> 11. APPEARANCES <br /> 1. None. <br /> 111. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> 1. None. <br /> IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Discussion on Downtown Master Plan & Development Guidelines (M-1 & M-2 Mixed <br /> Use Zoning) <br /> The Commission had lengthy discussion on the current plan and determined that it was in the best <br /> interest of the City to retain the Master Plan and Development Guidelines (M-1 & M-2 Mixed Use <br /> Zoning) for future needs. <br /> Motion by Commission Member Haiden, seconded by Commission Member Montain to <br /> retain the current Downtown Master Plan & Development Guidelines (M-1 & M-2 Mixed <br /> Use Zoning) as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 2. Discussion on Proposed City Policy for Municipal Lighted Board @ City Hall <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
