City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 8, 2015 <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission’s Recommendation Finding & Decision and Conditional <br />th <br />Use Permit for 6995 – 20 Avenue South (Mechanical Air Systems, Inc.) as presented. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Amendments to Personnel Policy <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that Staff recommended discussing this item at a work session. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King that Amendment to <br />the Personnel Policy be discuss at work session in the future. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />XI. COUNCIL & ADMINISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber thanked Cub Scout Pack 432 for their cleanup efforts shown at Hidden Spring <br />Park this past Monday evening. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that he desires to discuss economic development (EDA/EDC) at the <br />upcoming work session also. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated that the upcoming Fire Steering has been rescheduled from 6:00 p.m. to <br />7:00 p.m. at Station 2 in Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber also stated that the Local Board of Appeal & Equalization will be taking place <br />at 6:15 p.m. on April 22, 2015 and ABDO, Eick & Meyers will also be attending to present the <br />City’s annual audit for 2014. <br /> <br />1. Administrator Report <br /> <br /> <br />a.Anoka County Local Government Officials Meeting, April 29, 2015 – <br />Administrator Ericson stated that if any members of Council were interested in <br />attending this is a good way to meet and network with twenty-one other cities in <br />Anoka County and that he would be in attendance. <br /> <br />b.League of MN Cities 2015 Annual Conference, June 24-26, 2015 - Administrator <br />Ericson stated that if any members of Council were interested in attending to let <br />us know. <br /> <br />c.Mediation Services – Administrator Ericson stated that the information contained <br />in the packet was a follow up and Attorney Glaser will take care of this issue. <br /> <br />d.Metropolitan Council Draft Water Resources Policy Plan – Administrator Ericson <br />stated that the item was present to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their <br />comments. <br /> <br />2. Council & Staff Reports <br /> <br />Engineer Statz reported that the 2015 Mill & Overlay Project contracts had been sent to the <br />contractor for signing and staff will be forwarding letters to residents regarding assessments. <br />Page 6 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
