• We agree with the comments offered by the City's Public Works staff. <br />• The property should be platted. The newly platted lots should not make the existing Defoe home a non- <br />conforming use. <br />• The site plan should address access to the existing Defoe home/driveway. <br />• The capacity of downstream sanitary sewer will need to be evaluated, given the number of proposed <br />units. Connection should be made, if possible, to the gravity sewer stub in the northeast corner of the <br />site. This sewer flows towards Peltier Lake Drive and avoids modifications to Lift Station # 1. Modifications <br />to Lift Station #2 may still be necessary. <br />• Water main should be looped through the site from the two stubs available.
