CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson <br />Mosher. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Mr. Pete Johnson was sworn in by City Administrator Mike Ericson as a Commission Member <br />after an interview and selection by the City Council. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />1. None. <br /> <br />IV. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Proposed Parking Design – Centennial School District #12 (Centerville Elementary) <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that the proposed plans have been forwarded to the City following <br />numerous meetings between ISD #12 representatives and Staff. Administrator Ericson stated that <br />the plans appear to allow safe access and egress for the school buses and vehicle traffic which was <br />the achievement of the District. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Montain, seconded by Commissioner Koski to schedule a public <br />hearing for April 5, 2016 to consider zoning modification or other land use ordinances and <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />
