<br />., <br /> <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />erviffe <br />T,sta6[isftd 1857 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ELETRICAL INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This contract is made and entered into between the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, hereinafter <br />identified as "City" and DA VB KICHLER INSPECTIONS, INC., hereinafter identified as <br />"Contractor". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requires services to be provided for electrical inspection for electrical <br />permits issued in the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to and is capable of providing the necessary services <br />according to the terms and conditions stated herein; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VBD that in consideration of mutual promises and <br />agreements contained herein, the parties agree to the following: <br /> <br />1. TERMS <br />1.1 The terms of this Contract shall run from October 11, 2002 to and including, _ <br /> <br />. unless earlier terminated by law or <br /> <br />according to the provisions herein. <br /> <br />2. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS <br />2.1 General Description. The Contractor shall provide the following services <br />generally described as: <br />a. Provide qualified personnel to perform electrical inspections within two <br />work days of notification by the electrical installer. <br /> <br />b. Enforce the Minnesota Electrical Act and Rules as adopted and amended <br />.. by the City. <br /> <br />c. Submit a report of completed inspections, invoice for completed electrical <br />inspections with the completed permits on the first and third Mondays of <br />each month. <br /> <br />d. 'Cooperate with the City Building Official to resolve non-complying or <br />incomplete electrical installations when the installers fail to comply with <br />acceptable standards. <br />
