<br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />Wednesday, February 3, 2016 ~ 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br />Centerville held a scheduled meeting on February 3, 2016 at the City Hall location. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Jon Grahek <br />Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> Council Member, Steve King <br />City Administrator, Mike Ericson <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Committee Member Charles Reinhardt <br />Vice Chairperson Kevin Waeghe <br />Public Works Director, Paul Palzer <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Grahek called the February 3, 2016 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:34 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. <br /> <br /> Roll Call – see above <br /> <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Seeley <br />to add the following under Committee Business: #5. Family Skate Night & Hayride and #6. <br />Status of Planning Commission vacancies. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES ~ Mr. Tom Lee - Mr. Lee was unavailable this evening <br /> Ms. Kerri Kolstad - (see 4 under Committee Business) <br /># <br /> <br />IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Committee Member Seeley, seconded by Committee Member <br />Peterson to approve the January 6, 2015 minutes as amended: Under Committee <br />Business #6 – change Mr. & Mrs. to Mel & Joyce.
