City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 27, 2016 <br />Council Member King made a suggestion to Mr. Guggenberger regarding the County’s tax <br />statement and how it would benefit property owners to distinguish the line item “other taxes” and <br />Mr. Guggenberger stated that the County utilizes forms that are required under state statue. Mr. <br />Guggenberger stated that he would research the suggestion and provide information back to <br />Council. <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that he has worked directly with Mr. Tolzman regarding economic <br />development opportunities along with Mr. Suski and both have been impressed with his <br />availability and knowledge. <br /> <br />Mr. Tolzmann stated that no one signed up to be heard this evening and that he is available to <br />discuss issues with residents at any time if they contact him. He stated that the Board of Review <br />would be extended to May 11, 2016 where Mr. Guggenberger and Ms. Wells will be in <br />attendance as he us unable to be there. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber thanked Mr. Tolzmann for his review and Mr. Tolzmann thanked Council for <br />the opportunity to provide his services to them. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King to continue the Local <br />Board of Review & Equalization to May 11, 2016 at 6:15 p.m. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING/COMMENT <br /> <br /> <br />1.None. <br /> <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber suggested that both presentations be delayed until such time as Mr. McDonald <br />and Mr. Rolstad appeared before Council. <br /> <br />V. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber added Check #30163-30167 under Item #1, Consent Agenda and modified the <br />th <br />date from April 23 to April 27, 2016. Mayor Wilharber also corrected Item #2 as being the 19 <br />and Item #3 as being April 15, 2016. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />Agenda as presented.
