City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 27, 2016 <br />VI. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. April 13, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided an opportunity for Council Members to make revisions to the minutes <br />and he requested that the following corrections be made: first full paragraph on page 6 remove <br />“trail” and replace with “sidewalk”; first full paragraph on page 7 remove “intension” and <br />replace with “intention”; paragraph five (5) on page 8 add an “s” to “issue” and add “with the <br />building owners” at the end of the sentence and first full paragraph on page 9 add “Engineer <br />Statz and Attorney Glaser found the two memos cited by Mr. Zimney. There was a slight <br />difference in the version of the memo given to the Council. That difference was the addition of a <br />single paragraph which gave the Council more information than the earlier version of the <br />memo.” to the end of the paragraph. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member King to approve the April <br />13, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville April 14, 2016 through April 27, 2016 Claims (Check #301409- <br />30162) w/Voided Check #30161 & (Check #30163-30167) <br /> <br />2.Centennial Lakes Police Claims through April 19, 2016 (Check #10829-10862) <br /> <br />3.Centennial Fire District Claims through April 15, 2016 (Check #7416-7432) <br /> <br />4.Staff Recommendation Portable Restrooms for 2016 (Jimmy’s Johnnys) <br /> <br />5.Request for Temporary On-Sale Liquor License, Gambling Permit & Waiving of <br />Fees, Church of St. Genevieve’s Annual Picnic, August 21, 2016 – 6995 Centerville <br />Road <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber provided an opportunity to Council Members for removal of any items of <br />concern. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Paar to Approve Consent <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.T-Mobile Fourth Amendment to Site Lease Agreement <br /> <br />Administrator Ericson stated that an agreement has been negotiated with Ms. Pat Conlin who <br />represents T-Mobile. <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that Staff and Ms. Pat Conlin from T-Mobile were able to renegotiate a <br />higher rate ($22,630 to $26,000) annually; it remains a long-term agreement with four (4) <br />installments every five (5) years but is shorter than a 25 year agreement.
