<br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />Wednesday, April 6, 2016 ~ 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of <br />Centerville held a scheduled meeting on April 6, 2016 at the City Hall location. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Jon Grahek <br />Vice Chairperson Kevin Waeghe <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br />Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br />Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> Council Member, Steve King <br />Public Works, Paul Palzer <br />City Administrator, Mike Ericson <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Committee Member Chris Bettinger <br />Linda Neudecker, Recorder <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chairperson Grahek called the April 6, 2016 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:36 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />The Committee requested that two (2) items be added to the Agenda; Item #9., Spring <br />Cleanup under New Business and Item #8., Dead Broke Saddle Club under Updates. <br /> <br /> Motion by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Seeley to to <br />approve the Set Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairperson Grahek gave members an opportunity to review the presented minutes and <br />make corrections. <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Waeghe <br />to approve the March 2, 2016 meetings as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Park Facility Permit Application – Centennial Youth Football Association (LaMotte <br />Park Fields 1, 2 & 11) – August-September, 2016 <br /> <br /> <br />
