CARLSON) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parkview Development Project has, in all things, been completed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Council of the City of Centerville; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are no outstanding engineering issues or invoices connected with said <br />project. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Director of the City of Centerville <br />is hereby authorized to release the $10,000 engineering escrow to the developer, Richard <br />S.
