Recognize that this motion is a method to get each community involved in solving <br />the problems <br />. The funding formula, as it exists, is a problem for some communities <br />. Recognize that employees have put the Commission on notice of health and <br />safety issues and that no action is not appropriate <br />. The questions about mold have been previously addressed and dehumidifying <br />recommendations were made, but did the Department comply with those <br />recommendations for dehumidifying equipment? <br />. Health concerns are the first priority issue <br /> <br />If each City adopts the resolution the Commission will have additional 2003 budget <br />authority. <br /> <br />E. Letter for Deputy Chief Reference Intern Stipend <br />Action Item: <br />Although the Commission took no action on the request, the Commission directed <br />the Chief seek legal opinion and inform the Commission at the January 2003 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />8.
